Ashutosh Rana (Hindi: आशुतोष राणा), born Ashutosh Jaisingh Neekhra (Hindi: आशुतोष नीखरा) is an Indian actor working in the Hindi Film Industry and the Telugu Film Industry. Rana is from Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh state. He was then known as Ashutosh Neekhra. He spent his childhood in Gadarwara where he finished his primary school. He used to play the role of Ravana in the city Ramleela.

Simone Singh is an Indian actress. She was born November 10, 1974 in Jamshedpur to a Sikh father and Bengali mother. She made her acting debut with the television series Sea Hawks followed by a small role in Swabhimaan, in 1995. She played the title role in another popular television series Heena, which gave her wide recognition and was the highest rated show on Indian television at the time.

Sir Surendranath Banerjee (Bengali: সুরেন্দ্রনাথ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়) (10 November 1848 – 6 August 1925) was one of the earliest Indian political leaders during the British Raj. He founded the Indian National Association, one of the earliest Indian political organizations, and later became a senior leader of the Indian National Congress.

Sandilyan or Chandilyan (Tamil: சாண்டில்யன்) is the Pen name of Bhashyam Iyengar, a noted Tamil writer of Historical fiction. He is known for his historical romance and adventure novels, often set in the times of the Chola and Pandya empires. Sandilyan was born in Thirukovilur in Tamil Nadu on November 10, 1910 to Ramanujam Iyengar and Poongovilvalli.

Patricia Wentworth (born Dora Amy Elles; November 10, 1878 – January 28, 1961) was a British crime fiction writer. She was born in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, India (then the British Raj). She was educated privately and at Blackheath High School in London. After the death of her first husband, George F. Dillon, in 1906, she settled in Camberley, Surrey.

Death anniversaries on 10th November :

Shah Alam II (1728–1806 CE), also known as Ali Gauhar, was the eighteenth Mughal Emperor and son of the murdered Alamgir II, he escaped to Allahabad in December 1759 and later successfully defended the throne from the traitorous Imad-ul-Mulk, who appointed Shah Jahan III as the emperor. Later, he was nominated as the emperor by Ahmad Shah Durrani after the Third Battle of Panipat.

Simple Kapadia(15 August 1958 – 10 November 2009) was a Bollywood actress and costume designer. Simple Kapadia began her career when she was 18 years old. She made her acting debut in 1977 in the film Anurodh, paired opposite her then real-life brother-in-law, actor Rajesh Khanna. In that movie, she played the role of Sumitha Mathur. Her career as an actress spanned for almost 10 years.

Abul-Hasan better known as Asaf Khan IV was the son of Mirza Ghiyas Beg and the father of Arjumand Banu Begum, also known as Mumtaz Mahal, who was the wife of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the Emperor of India. Asaf Khan was also the elder brother of Mehrunissa, (better known as Nur Jahan), the empress of Shah Jahan’s father, Jahangir.

Kumar Shri Ghanshyamsinhji Daulatsinhji Jhala of Limbdi (October 23, 1902 – November 10, 1964) was an Indian first class cricketer. He was a cousin of English Test batsman Kumar Shri Duleepsinhji and brother-in-law of Natwarsinhji Bhavsinhji, the Jethwa ruler of Princely State of Porbandar. Kumar Shri Ghanshyamshinhji Daulatsinhji Jhalla Limbdi learnt his cricket at The Leys in Cambridge.

Harogadde Manappa Nayak  (1931 – 10 November 2000) was an academician, writer and folklorist. He was born in the village Harogadde, Shimoga district in Karnataka. He served as a lecturer, and then professor, at the Mysore University, before being appointed the Director of the Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies at the university.
