On the basis of the result of the written test of the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination, (I) 2023 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 16th April 2023, candidates are qualified for the interview round by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for Admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy for the 150th Course and for the 112th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) which will be commencing from July 2, 2023.

The NDA written test organized by UPSC, a personal interview, medical exams, and a final merit list comprises the complete NDA selection process. The qualified candidates are called for academic training in the fields for which they have applied. For the written exam to be considered qualified, students must obtain the minimum cut-off marks specified by the UPSC. Within two weeks of the announcement of the written results, candidates are advised to register themselves online on the Indian Army’s recruitment website i.e., joinindianarmy.nic.in. The selected candidates will then be informed via registered email ID of the SSB interview dates and centres. Any applicant who has already registered on the website would not need to do so again.

What After NDA Result?

The candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the result pdf are eligible to participate in the interview round of the Service Selection Board (SSB). The dates and centres for the interview round will soon be announced by the commission. Within two weeks of the written result announcement, qualifying applicants must register online at www.upsc.gov.in.

During the SSB interview, the candidates must provide their original documents of age education and other relevant documents to their respective Service Selection Boards (SSBs). Within 15 days after the date the final result was published, the candidates’ mark sheets would be uploaded on www.upsc.gov.in.
