  • An individual of Indian descent who moved to India with the purpose of residing there permanently, such as someone from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and the East African nations of Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and Zaire.
