Konakuppakatil Gopinathan Balakrishnan (born 12 May 1945) was the former Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission of India. He is a former Chief Justice of India. He was the first judge from the state of Kerala to become the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Sangeetha Kalanidhi Aruna Sairam (also spelled Sayeeram) is an Indian classical vocalist. She is a recipient of the Padma Shri award from the Government of India and has been elected as Vice Chairman of the Sangeet Natak Akademi.
