She went on to become one of the leading models of the ramp, and starred in numerous commercials.
  • Robin Jackman (born Robin David Jackman, 13 August 1945, Simla, Punjab, British India) is a former English cricketer, who played in four Tests and fifteen ODIs for England from 1974 to 1983. He was a seam bowler and useful tail-end batsman. During a first-class career lasting from 1966 to 1982, he took 1,402 wickets. He was a member of the Surrey side that won the County Championship in 1971.
  • Neha Devi Singh (born August 13, 1981) is an Indian television actress and writer, best known for her portrayal of Bijli in Ssshhhh…Koi Hai and Bhoomika Goenka in Saarrthi. She is the first television actress in India to work as an action hero. Neha Devi Singh was born on August 9, 1981 in Mumbai, India. Singh received a degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College.

  • Bhikaiji Rustom Cama (24 September 1861 – 13 August 1936) was a prominent figure in the Indian independence movement. Bhikhaiji Rustom Cama was born on 24 September 1861 in Bombay (now Mumbai) into a large, well-off Parsi family. Her parents, Sorabji Framji Patel and Jaijibai Sorabji Patel, were well known in the city.
  • Rao Gopal Rao (14 January 1937 — 13 August 1994) was a popular Tollywood Character actor and producer and member of Rajya Sabha. Rao Gopal Rao was born in 1937 in Ganganapalli near Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. He started his career onstage, with his own company, Associated Amateur Drama Company and did many plays under the banner.
  • Sisir Kumar Mitra [or Shishirkumar Mitra] (October 24, 1890 – August 13, 1963) was an Indian physicist. He was born and raised in Calcutta. His parents were the doctor Saratkumari and the school teacher Jaykrishna. At the age of nine he witnessed a hot air balloon and became intrigued in the phenomenon, so he began studying science.
