Sanjay Gandhi  (14 December 1946 – 23 June 1980) was an Indian politician. The younger son of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Feroze Gandhi, he was a member of the Nehru-Gandhi family. During his lifetime he was widely expected to succeed his mother as head of the Indian National Congress.
George VI (Albert Frederick Arthur George; 14 December 1895 – 6 February 1952) was King of the United Kingdom and the Dominions of the British Commonwealth from 11 December 1936 until his death. He was the last Emperor of India, and the first Head of the Commonwealth.
Ranbirraj “Raj” Kapoor  also known as The Show-Man, was an Indian film actor, producer and director of Hindi cinema. He was the winner of nine Filmfare Awards in India, and a two-time nominee for the Palme d’Or grand prize at the Cannes Film Festival for his films Awaara (1951) and Boot Polish (1954).
Nissim Ezekiel    was a Marathi-speaking Indian Jewish poet, playwright, editor and art-critic. He was a foundational figure in postcolonial India’s literary history, specifically for Indian writing in English. He was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1983 for his Poetry collection, “Latter-Day Psalms”, by the Sahitya Akademi.

He is popularly known in his home state of Maharashtra by just his initials as Ga Di Ma .It can be rightly stated that his contribution to Marathi culture was rich in its content as well as high in its quality.
Sudhir Joshi (1948 – 14 December 2005) was an Indian Marathi actor and comedian. Born in Dadar, Joshi attended Pinto Villa (branch of Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya and formerly King George V High School) and later Kirti College to obtain his BA Economics. He also studied law at Kirti. He worked as a sales executive at the publishing company Blackie and Sons.
Rao Sahib V. I. Munuswamy Pillai (b. 1889 – d. December 14, 1953) also spelled as Munisami Pillai, was an Indian businessman, politician, Dalit activist and activist of the Indian independence movement who served as the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development in the government of C. Rajagopalachari from 1937 to 1939.
Nirode Ranjan “Putu” Chowdhury   (May 23, 1923, Jamshedpur, India – December 14, 1979, Durgapur, India) was an Indian cricketer. A medium-pace bowler, Putu Chowdhury had an outstanding start to his career when he took 11, 9 and 10 wickets in his first three matches.
Major Walter Troup (October 16, 1869 – December 14, 1940) was an English first class cricketer who was born in Uttar Pradesh, India. He was a member of the inaugural All-India team. He debuted for Gloucestershire in 1887 at the age of 17. A defensive batsman, it is said that he once batted for 95 minutes against Lancashire during a game in 1888 and didn’t score a run.
