Jawaharlal Nehru (IPA: [dʒəʋaːɦərˈlaːl ˈneːɦru] ( listen), 14 November 1889 – 27 May 1964), often referred to as Panditji, was an Indian politician and statesman, a leader in the Indian independence movement, and the first Prime Minister of independent India. Nehru was elected by the Indian National Congress to assume office as independent India’s first Prime Minister in 1947.

Mamta Mohandas (Malayalam:മംമ്ത മോഹന്‍ദാസ്‌), is an Indian film actress and playback singer. She has mainly acted in Malayalam films, besides few Telugu and Tamil productions and one Kannada film. She has won two Filmfare Awards, for Best Female Playback Singer in Telugu in 2007 and for Best Actress in Malalayam in 2010.

Parthiban (credited in films as Ra Parthiepan) (Tamil: பார்த்திபன்) is a Tamil film actor, director, film producer and writer. Parthiepan is known for having directed critically acclaimed films like Pudhiya Paadhai and Housefull and for his performances in films like Bharathi Kannamma, Vetri Kodi Kattu, Azhagi and Aayirathil Oruvan.

Bharathan (Malayalam: ഭരതന്‍, 14 November 1940 – 30 July 1998) was an Indian film director, artist, lyricist, music director, sculptor, poster designer, editor and art director. Bharathan is noted for being the founder of a new school of film making in Malayalam cinema, along with Padmarajan, in the 1980s, which created films that were widely received while also being critically acclaimed.

Aditya Vikram Birla (14 November 1943, – 1 October 1995), was an Indian industrialist. Born into one of the largest business families of India, Birla oversaw the diversification of his group into textiles, petrochemicals and telecommunications. He was one of the first Indian industrialists to expand abroad, setting up plants in South east Asia, Philippines and Egypt, among other places.

Veena (18 July 1926 – 14 November 2004) also known as Veena Kumari her real name is Tajour Sultana was a female actress in India. Veena was born as Tajour Sultana on 4 July 1926 in Quetta, Balochistan, British India. At some point of time, her family shifted to Lahore and she belonged to Lahore’s Chuna Mandi. She started out playing heroine roles in Pre-Partition films.

Manohar Singh (1938 – 14 November 2002) was a distinguished Indian theatre actor-director and a character actor in Hindi films. He is best known for his performances in films such as Party (1984) and Daddy (1989). Starting his acting career from theatre, he went on to become a theatre director and later the chief of National School of Drama Repertory Company, 1976 to 1988.

Pusapati Vijaya Rama Gajapati Raju, “The Raja Saheb of Vizianagaram” D.Litt. (born 1 May 1924 – died 14 November 1995) was an Indian parliamentarian and philanthropist. He was the eldest son of Maharaja Alak Narayana Gajapathi and Maharani Vidyavathi Devi of the princely state of Vizianagram in Andhra Pradesh.

Field Marshal Frederick Sleigh Roberts, 1st Earl Roberts, Bt, VC, KG, KP, GCB, OM, GCSI, GCIE, KStJ, PC (30 September 1832 – 14 November 1914) was a distinguished Indian born British soldier who regarded himself as Anglo-Irish and one of the most successful British commanders of the 19th century.

Sir Mancherjee Merwanjee Bhownagree, KCIE, (15 August 1851 – 14 November 1933) was a British Conservative Party politician of Indian Parsi heritage. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the constituency of Bethnal Green North East in the Parliament of the United Kingdom between 1895 and 1906, the second Indian to be a British MP after fellow Parsi Dadabhai Naoroji
