Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu (born 1 July 1949) is an Indian politician and the current Vice President of India and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, in office since 11 August 2017. Previously, he served as the Minister of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Urban Development and Information and Broadcasting in the Modi Cabinet. A prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he also served as its national president from 2002 to 2004.

Aditya Raj Kapoor (born 1 July 1956) is an Indian film actor and filmmaker from the Kapoor family. He is the son of late actor Shammi Kapoor and actress Geeta Bali. Kapoor is best known for his work as an assistant director in several Hindi films and his English language directorial films like Shamaal, Don’t Stop Dreaming (2007) and Sambar Salsa (2007).

Meenakshisundaram Ramasamy Viswanthan (born 1 July 1945), best known by his stage name Visu, is an Indian writer, director, stage, film and television actor and talk-show host. Visu initially worked as an assistant to director K.Balachander until becoming a director himself.

Akhilesh Yadav (born 1 July 1973) is an Indian politician and the president of the Samajwadi Party. He served as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 2012 to 2017. Having assumed office on 15 March 2012 at the age of 38, he is the youngest person to have held the office.

Chandra Shekhar Singh (1 July 1927 – 8 July 2007) was the eighth Prime Minister of India. Chandra Shekhar Singh was born on 1 July 1927 to a farming family in Ibrahimpatti, a village in the Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. He was awarded a Master of Arts degree at Allahabad University.
