Mukesh Chand Mathur (22 July 1923 – 27 August 1976), better known mononymously as Mukesh, was an Indian playback singer of Bollywood. He, alongside Mohammad Rafi, Manna Dey, Talat Mahmood and Kishore Kumar, left such an impact on the Hindi film industry that they are still remembered to date.
Mazhar Khan (22 July 1953 – 16 September 1998) was an Indian film and television actor and producer and director. Mazhar made his debut in the 1979 film Sampark. He came into recognition with the 1980 film Shaan which was directed by Ramesh Sippy.
Manish Raisinghani (born 22 July 1979) (age 32) is an Indian TV star and model, having risen to popularity portraying Sameer in the television show Teen Bahuraniyaan. Prior to his acting career, Raisinghani was a successful model, who also did well at the Grasim Mr. India contest in 2002, placing fourth overall and taking three subcontests.
Ajit Anantrao Pawar (born July 22, 1959), popularly known as Dada (Big Brother) is a Maharashtra politician currently serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He is the nephew of Sharad Pawar, the Union Cabinet Minister of Agriculture and the chief of Nationalist Congress Party.
Sripathi Panditaradhyula Sailaja is an Indian singer. She has lent her voice to Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films. She has sung about 5000 songs to date. She was born in Konetammapeta in the Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh .

Military Indra Lal Roy DFC (2 December 1898 – 22 July 1918) was the first Indian flying ace. He served in the First World War with the Royal Flying Corps and its successor, the Royal Air Force.
Hemendra Majumdar was an Indian painter. His popular painting is Lady with Lamp, depicting loneliness of a woman. In 2002, there was a huge uproar when his painting was stolen and found with an art dealer.
Amritsar Govindsingh Kripal Singh pronunciation (August 6, 1933, Madras – July 22, 1987, Madras) was an Indian Test cricketer. Kripal Singh came from a famous cricketing family. His father A.G. Ram Singh was unlucky not to play for India, brother Milkha Singh was a Test cricketer, another brother, two sons and nephew all played first class cricket.
Khalil Ahmed (March 3, 1936 – July 22, 1997) was a well known Pakistani composer for films. He started his career with film Anchal in 1962 and remained one of the leading music directors in subcontinent. Khalil made his music debut with director Al-Hamid’s film Aanchal, which was released on December 7, 1962. Starring: Shamim Ara, Darpan, Saba and Talish.
