    • Śri Sathya Sai Baba (born as Sathyanarayana Raju (23 November 1926 – 24 April 2011) was an Indian guru, spiritual figure, mystic, philanthropist and educator. He claimed to be the reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi who was considered a spiritual saint and a miracle worker, whose teachings were an eclectic blend of Hindu and Muslim beliefs, and who died in 1918.
  • Naga Chaitanya is an Indian film actor who stars in Telugu films. He made his debut in the 2009 college film, Josh. His second film was, Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave with his portrayal of a love-torn film director winning him critical acclaim. Naga Chaitanya was born on 23 November 1986 to actor Akkineni Nagarjuna and his first wife, Lakshmi Daggubati.
  • Sajid Khan (Hindi: साजिद खान; born Sajid Kamran Khan on November 23, 1971 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) is an Indian film-maker, actor, film director, script writer, talk show host and presenter and the younger brother of Bollywood choreographer and director Farah Khan. Khan’s mother Menakai is the sister of Honey Irani and Daisy Irani, former child stars.
  • Geetā Dutt born Geetā Ghosh Roy Chowdhuri) (23 November 1930 – 20 July 1972 ) was a prominent singer in India, born in Faridpur before Partition. She found particular prominence as a playback singer in Hindi cinema. She also sang many modern Bengali songs. Geeta Ghosh Roy Chowdhuri was one of 10 children born in the rich Zamindar family of Debendranath Ghosh Roy Chowdhary and Amiya Devi.
  • Amruta Khanvilkar (Marathi: अमृता खानविलकर) (born 23 November 1984) is an Indian film actress who appears in Bollywood and Marathi movies. She has appeared in Hindi and Marathi films and established herself as one of Marathi cinema’s leading actresses and an accomplished dancer. Amruta was born in the city of Pune to Raju and Gauri Khanvilkar.

  • Acharya Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose, CSI, CIE, FRS (Bengali: জগদীশ চন্দ্র বসু Jôgodish Chôndro Boshu; 30 November 1858 – 23 November 1937) was an Indian polymath: a physicist, biologist, botanist, archaeologist, as well as an early writer of science fiction. He pioneered the investigation of radio and microwave optics, made very significant contributions to plant science.
  • Merle Oberon (19 February 1911 – 23 November 1979) was an Indian-born British actress. She began her film career in British films as Anne Boleyn in The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933). After her success in The Scarlet Pimpernel (1934), she traveled to the United States to make films for Samuel Goldwyn.
  • Idries Shah (16 June 1924 – 23 November 1996) (Persian: ادریس شاه‎, Hindi: इदरीस शाह), also known as Idris Shah, né Sayed Idries el-Hashimi (Arabic: سيد إدريس هاشمي), was an author and teacher in the Sufi tradition who wrote over three dozen critically acclaimed books on topics ranging from psychology and spirituality to travelogues and culture studies.
  • Murasoli Maran (Tamil: முரசொலி மாறன்) (August 17, 1934- November 23, 2003) was a prominent Tamil politician in India, and an important leader of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party which is headed by his maternal uncle and mentor, M. Karunanidhi.
