Prakash Rai (born 26 March 1965), better known by his stage name Prakash Raj, is a National Award winning Indian film actor, director and producer who has worked in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam films. He got introduced to films by K. Balachander in the movie Duet (1994).

Madhoo (born 26 March 1972) is an actress in Indian films. She has acted in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films. She was named after the late Hindi actress Madhubala. Madhoo is the niece of actress Hema Malini.

Johnson (26 March 1953 – 18 August 2011) was an Indian film score composer and music director who has given music to some of the most important motion pictures of Malayalam cinema, including those for Koodevide, Namukku Parkkan Munthiri Thoppukal

Rajeev Motwani (March 24, 1962 – June 5, 2009) was a professor of Computer Science at Stanford University whose research focused on theoretical computer science. He was an early advisor and supporter of companies including Google and PayPal, and a special advisor to Sequoia Capital. He was a winner of the Gödel Prize in 2001.

Unmukt Chand is a cricketer from India. He originally hails from Khudku Bhalya village of Pithoragarh District, Uttaranchal. He plays for Delhi in Indian domestic tournaments and Delhi Daredevils in the IPL.

Herbert Arthur Chamberlayne Blythe (September 21, 1849 – March 26, 1905) —stage name Maurice Barrymore — was the patriarch of the Barrymore acting family and great-grandfather of actress Drew Barrymore.

Ananda Shankar (11 December 1942 – 26 March 1999) was a Bengali musician best known for fusing Western and Eastern musical styles. He was married to Tanusree Shankar. Born in Almora in Uttar Pradesh, India

Muzaffar Adeeb (1934 – March 26, 2006) was a Pakistani film actor. He appeared in 38 films from 1940 to 1998, although he did not start performing in films until 1950s. In 1960, he shifted from Bombay (now Mumbai), India, to Lahore, Pakistan and resumed his film career that lasted until his death.

Anil Biswas (nickname “Keru”; 2 March 1944, Karimpur, India – 26 March 2006, Kolkata, India) was an Indian politician. He was the secretary of the West Bengal State Committee of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)) and member of the party’s Polit Bureau beginning in 1998.
