Bookanakere Siddalingappa Yediyurappa (born 27 February 1943) is an Indian politician who is the Chief Minister of Karnataka. Yediyurappa is serving as the Chief Minister of Karnataka for the fourth time, the only Chief Minister to do so in the history of Karnataka.

Sandeep Singh (born 27 February 1986) is an Indian professional field hockey player from Haryana and an ex-captain of the Indian national team. He generally features as a full back and is a penalty corner specialist for the team. He was famous as Flicker Singh in media.

Lawrence George Durrell (; 27 February 1912 – 7 November 1990) was an expatriate British novelist, poet, dramatist, and travel writer. He was the oldest brother of naturalist and writer Gerald Durrell. Born in India to British colonial parents, he was sent to England at the age of eleven for his education.

Prakash Jha (born 27 February 1952) is an Indian film producer, actor, director and screenwriter, mostly known for his political and socio-political films such as Damul (1984), Mrityudand (1997), Gangaajal (2003), Apaharan (2005), including multi-starrer movies like Raajneeti (2010), Aarakshan (2011) Chakravyuh (2012), and Satyagraha (2013).

Nirav Deepak Modi (born 27 February 1971) is a fugitive Indian businessman, wanted by the Interpol for criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, cheating and dishonesty including delivery of property, corruption, money laundering, fraud, embezzlement and breach of contract since August 2018.
