Bobby Deol (Punjabi: ਬੌਬੀ ਦਿਓਲ; born Vijay Singh Deol on January 27, 1969) is a Bollywood actor. Deol is the son of the acclaimed Bollywood actor Dharmendra and the brother of Sunny Deol, also a successful actor in the Mumbai based Indian film industry. Deol has mostly acted in thriller films, often playing characters who are forced to committ crime to avenge the deaths of loved ones.
Amar Singh (27 January 1956) is an Indian politician from the state of Uttar Pradesh and one of the founding leaders of Samajwadi Party. Known for his chaste Hindi and political connections, Amar Singh polarises the public opinion on him. He has several cases of corruption pending against him making him widely unpopular., He was the general secretary of the Samajwadi Party.
Vikram Bhatt (Hindi: विक्रम भट्ट, born 27 January 1969) is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. He has more than 21 films to his credit. He is also the creative head of a conglomerate called ASA Productions. Vikram is the grandson of Vijay Bhatt{Malik}, one of the pioneer of Indian films, and the son of cinematographer Pravin Bhatt. Bhatt started his career in 1982.
Justice Radha Binod Pal (27 January 1886 – 10 January 1967) was an Indian jurist. He was the Indian member appointed to the International Military Tribunal for the Far East’s trials of Japanese war crimes committed during the second World War. Among all the judges of the tribunal, he was the only one who submitted a judgment which insisted all defendants were not guilty.
Titumir (Bengali: তিতুমীর; 1782 – 1831) was a rebel against the Zamindars and British colonial system in 19th century Bengal, a part of British India. He rebelled against them and put up an armed resistance. Along with his followers, he built a Bamboo fort (Bansher-Kella in Bengali) which passed into Bengali folk legend. Ramaswamy Venkataraman (Tamil: இராமசுவாமி வெங்கட்ராமன்  pronunciation (help·info), 4 December 1910 – 27 January 2009) was an Indian lawyer, Indian independence activist and politician who served as a Union minister and as the eighth President of India. Venkataraman was born in Rajamadam village in Tanjore district, Madras Presidency.
Nikhil Ranjan Banerjee (Hindi: निखिल रंजन बैनर्जी) (14 October 1931 – 27 January 1986) was a Indian classical sitarist of the Maihar Gharana. Nikhil Banerjee was born on October 14, 1931 in Calcutta into a Brahmin family. His father, Jitendranath Banerjee, was an amateur sitarist and Banerjee was fascinated by his father’s playing.
Kamleshwar (Hindi: कमलेश्वर; 6 January 1932 – 27 January 2007) was a prominent 20th-century Hindi writer, and scriptwriter for Hindi cinema and television. Among his most well-known work are the films Aandhi, Mausam, Chhoti Si Baat and Rang Birangi.
Rao Bahadur Conjeevaram Hayavadana Rao (Tamil: காஞ்சிபுரம் ஹயவதன ராவ், Kannada: ಕಾಂಜೀವರಂ ಹಯವದನರಾವ್) (10 July 1865 – 27 January 1946) was an Indian historian, museologist, anthropologist, economist and polyglot. He was a member of the Royal Anthropological Institute, Indian Historical Records Commission and a fellow of the Royal Society of Economics.
Oswald Cyril Smith-Bingham (29 January 1904 – 27 January 1979) was a South African born Indian cricketer. He played three times for the Egypt national cricket team against HM Martineau’s XI in the early 1930s and later played two first-class matches in India for a Viceroy’s XI.
