Lala Lajpat Rai (pronunciation ; 28 January 1865 – 17 November 1928) was an Indian freedom fighter. He played a pivotal role in the Indian Independence movement. He was popularly known as Punjab Kesari. He was one third of the Lal Bal Pal triumvirate.
Shruti Haasan (born 28 January 1986) is an Indian film actress and singer who works predominantly in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi language films. Born in the Haasan family, she is the daughter of actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika Thakur.
Gimi George (born 1992), better known by her stage name Miya, is an Indian actress and model who predominantly works in Malayalam Cinema, and few Tamil and Telugu films. She started her career as an actress by playing supporting roles in television shows.
Vinod Khosla (born 28 January 1955) is an Indian American billionaire businessman and venture capitalist. He is a co-founder of Sun Microsystems, LS9, Inc (through Khosla Ventures) and the founder of Khosla Ventures.
Field Marshal Kodandera “Kipper” Madappa Cariappa, OBE (29 December 1898 – 15 May 1993) was the first Indian Commander-in-Chief (C-in-C) of the Indian Army. He led Indian forces on the Western Front during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1947.
