  • Karthik Raja is a Tamil musician from Chennai, India. He made his debut as music composer in the Tamil film Alexander. Karthik Raja is the eldest son of musician Ilaiyaraaja and Jeeva. His brother Yuvan Shankar Raja and sister Bhavatharini, who are also Tamil Film music directors and playback singers, have worked with him on notable projects.
  • Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis FRS  (29 June 1893 – 28 June 1972) was an Indian scientist and applied statistician. He is best remembered for the Mahalanobis distance, a statistical measure.

  • John Victor Aspinall (11 June 1926 – 29 June 2000) was a British zoo owner and gambling club host. From middle class beginnings he used gambling to move to the centre of British high society in the 1960s. He was born in Delhi during the British Raj, and was a citizen of the United Kingdom. John Victor Aspinall, known to all his friends as ‘Aspers’, was born in Delhi, India, on 11 June 1926.
  • Kaikhosru Dadhaboy (K.D.) Sethna (26 November 1904 – 29 June 2011) was an Indian poet, scholar, writer, philosopher, and cultural critic. He published more than 40 books. He is also known as Amal Kiran. Sethna studied at Bombay University and was one of Sri Aurobindo’s earliest disciples, arriving at the Sri Aurobindo’s ashram in 1927.
