The film was highly successful and garnered Agnihotri a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 1997’s Zee Cine Awards. After several more film roles.

Soniya Mehra (born 2 December 1988, India) is a Bollywood actress. She is the daughter of the late actor Vinod Mehra from his third and last wife Kiran.
