Raghuram Govind Rajan (born 3 February 1963) is an Indian economist and the Katherine Dusak Miller Distinguished Service Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Between 2003 and 2006 he was Chief Economist and Director of Research at the International Monetary Fund.
Silambarasan “Simbu” Thesingu Rajendar (born 3 February 1983), also credited as S.T.R. is an Indian film actor, director, writer, music composer, dancer, lyricist and playback singer in the Tamil film industry. He began his career by playing roles as a child artist in films directed by his father T. Rajendar, before his first lead role in Kadhal Azhivathillai (2002), under his father’s direction and produced by his mother Usha.
Dutee Chand (born 3 February 1996) is an Indian professional sprinter and current national champion in the women’s 100 metres event.She is the third Indian woman to ever qualify for the Women’s 100 metres event at the Summer Olympic Games. However, in the 2016 Summer Olympics, her 11.69s in the preliminary round did not qualify her for the next round.
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu (born 3 February 1992) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for the Indian club Bengaluru and India national football team. Sandhu was named captain of the India national team for the friendly match against Puerto Rico on 3 September, a match India won 4–1.
Deepti Naval (born 3 February 1952) is an American actress, director, and writer of Indian origin mostly active in Hindi cinema. Her major contribution has been in the area of art cinema, winning critical acclaim for her sensitive and ‘close to life’ characters that emphasized the changing roles of women in India.
