Siddhanta Mahapatra (Munna Bhai )(born 4 May 1966) is an Odia film actor and political figure from the state of Odisha in India.He made his film debut in Sradhanjali.He was elected to the 15th and 16th Lok Sabha in 2009 and 2014 respectively as a member of the Parliament of India.
