Jaya Bachchan (born on 9 April 1948) is an Indian film actress and politician. She is currently the Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha from the Samajwadi Party, notably serving four terms since 2004. She is recognised as one of the finest Hindi film actresses of her time, particularly known for reinforcing a naturalistic style of acting in both mainstream and “middle-of-the-road” cinema.
Swara Bhaskar (born 9 April 1988) is an Indian actress who works in the Hindi film industry. Best known for her supporting work in mainstream productions and starring roles in independent films, she has won two Screen Awards and has been nominated Filmfare Award on three occasions. Bhaskar, the daughter of naval officer Commodore Chitrapu Uday Bhaskar (Retd.), was born and raised in Delhi.
Amruta Devendra Fadnavis (born 9 April 1979) is an Indian banker, singer and social activist. She is married to the 18th and former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis. She holds the post of vice-president – corporate head (west India) with Axis Bank. She has represented India at National Prayer Breakfast – 2017, an international peace initiative presided by US President Donald Trump.
Muhammad Nadir Shah (born Muhammad Nadir Khan; 9 April 1883 – 8 November 1933) was King of Afghanistan from 15 October 1929 until his assassination in November 1933. Previously, he served as Minister of War, Afghan Ambassador to France, and as a general in the military of Afghanistan. He and his son Muhammad Zahir Shah, who succeeded him, are part of the Musahiban.
Rahul Sankrityayan (9 April 1893 – 14 April 1963), is called the Father of Indian Travelogue Travel literature. He is the one who played a pivotal role to give travelogue a ‘literature form’, was one of the most widely travelled scholars of India, spending forty-five years of his life on travels away from his home.He travelled to many places and wrote many travelogue approximately in the same ratio.
