Poonam Kaur is an Indian actress and model. She has frequently appeared in Telugu films apart from Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films. Born and brought up in Hyderabad, India, Poonam Kaur did her schooling there as well, before doing fashion designing at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Delhi.
A. L. Vijay is a Tamil film director. Earlier he worked as an assistant and close associate of director Priyadarshan. His father A. L. Azhagappan was the president of Tamil Nadu Producers Council and appeared in the film Eesan. His brother, Udhaya, has also starred in Tamil films.
Guru Ram Das (1534–1581) was the fourth of the Ten Gurus of Sikhism and was given the title of Sikh Guru on 30 August 1574. Ram Das was born in Chuna Mandi Lahore, Punjab on 24th September 1534[1] to a Sodhi family of the Khatri clan.
Amjad Ali Khan (born 9 October 1945) is an Indian classical musician who plays the sarod. Khan was born into a musical family and has performed internationally since the 1960s. He was awarded India’s second highest civilian honor, the Padma Vibhushan, in 2001.
Emmanuvel Devendrar (also called Emmanuvel sekaran) was a schedule caste reformer. He also worked in the Indian army as soldier and discontinued the service. He belongs to Devendra kula vellalar caste. He was murdered on 11 September 1957.
