मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना

• Mukhyamantri Saur Urja Swarozgar Yojana has been implemented by the Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat to provide self-employment opportunities to unemployed youth, farmers, migrant laborers of the state.
• मुख्यमंत्री सौर ऊर्जा स्वरोजगार योजना को उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत जी के द्वारा राज्य के बेरोजगार युवाओ ,किसानो ,प्रवासी मजदूरों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए लागु किया गया  है।
• The scheme mainly targets migrant workers and youth who have returned to their homes after leaving their jobs in different parts of the country due to covid-19 lockdown.
• यह योजना मुख्य रूप से उन प्रवासी श्रमिकों और युवाओं को लक्षित करती है जो कोविड -19 लॉकडाउन के कारण देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में अपनी नौकरी छोड़कर अपने घर लौट आए हैं।
• The beneficiaries of the scheme are to be allocated with solar power plants of 25 KW each.
• It is estimated that these power plants will generate 38,000 units of electricity per year. The generated electricity is to be bought by Uttarakhand Power Corporation for 25 years.
• योजना के लाभार्थियों को प्रत्येक 25 किलोवाट के सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्रों के साथ आवंटित किया जाना है।
• अनुमान है कि इन बिजली संयंत्रों से प्रति वर्ष 38,000 यूनिट बिजली का उत्पादन होगा। उत्‍पन्‍न बिजली को उत्‍तराखंड विद्युत निगम द्वारा 25 वर्षों के लिए खरीदा जाना है।
• Under the scheme, the private banks and cooperative banks are to provide loans for 15 years.
• The loans are to be provided at an interest rate of 8% per annum to set up solar power plants.
• योजना के तहत निजी बैंकों और सहकारी बैंकों को 15 साल के लिए कर्ज देना है।
• सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र स्थापित करने के लिए 8% प्रतिवर्ष की ब्याज दर पर ऋण प्रदान किया जाना है।
• The plants are to be constructed on private land or lands that are taken on lease.
• The district wise targets of the programme are being discussed with the Ministry of micro small and medium enterprises.
• संयंत्रों का निर्माण निजी भूमि या पट्टे पर ली गई भूमि पर किया जाना है।
• कार्यक्रम के जिलेवार लक्ष्यों पर सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय के साथ चर्चा की जा रही है।

Gharoki Pechan Chelik Naam

घरैकि पहचाण चेलिक नाम

• Uttarakhand’s Former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat launched “Gharoki Paachan, Chelik Naam”.
• Which means daughter’s name is a home’s identity.
• उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने “घरैकि पहचाण चेलिक नाम” लॉन्च किया।
• यानी बेटी का नाम ही घर की पहचान होता है।
• Under this scheme the name plate of the name of the daughter of the house will be placed in every house of Nanital District.
• इस योजना के तहत नैनीताल जिले के हर घर में घर की बेटी के नाम की नेम प्लेट लगाई जाएगी।
• The initiative is similar to the one launched in Pauri Garhwal district in 2020.
• The programme launched in Pauri Garhwal was called ‘Ghaur ki pachyan, Nauni ku Nau’ which also has a similar meaning.
• यह पहल 2020 में पौड़ी गढ़वाल जिले में शुरू की गई पहल के समान है।
• पौड़ी गढ़वाल में शुरू किए गए कार्यक्रम को ‘गौर की पच्चन, नौनी कू नौ’ कहा गया जिसका अर्थ भी एक समान है।
• Government is working towards women empowerment and 32,000 women groups of the state are being linked with self-employment to make them self-reliant.
• सरकार महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में काम कर रही है और प्रदेश की 32 हजार महिला समूहों को स्वरोजगार से जोड़कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा रहा है.

Mission Hausla

मिशन हौसला

• During the second COVID wave Uttarakhand Police launched ‘Mission Hausla’ to help COVID-19 patients get oxygen, beds, plasma etc.
• दूसरी COVID लहर के दौरान उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने COVID-19 रोगियों को ऑक्सीजन, बिस्तर, प्लाज्मा आदि प्राप्त करने में मदद करने के लिए ‘मिशन हौसला’ शुरू किया।
• Delivering medicines, oxygen and ration at the doorsteps of families battling the coronavirus and coordinating between plasma donors and those in need of it were also some of the activities taken up by the police as part of the mission.
• कोरोनोवायरस से जूझ रहे परिवारों के दरवाजे पर दवाएं, ऑक्सीजन और राशन पहुंचाना और प्लाज्मा दाताओं और इसके जरूरतमंद लोगों के बीच समन्वय करना भी मिशन के हिस्से के रूप में पुलिस द्वारा की गई कुछ गतिविधियाँ थीं।
