- A digital Health ID will be issued for every citizen that will also work as their health account. Health ID will be free of cost and voluntary.
- Citizen’s health account will have details of every test, every disease, every consultation, every medicine taken and the complete diagnosis.
- Health ID will aid in analysis of health data and lead to better planning, budgeting and implementation for health programs.

- ABDM says beneficiary’s consent is vital to ensure that information is released. Records are stored under retention policies and can be accessed only with the consent of users.
