Rajasthan To Get Its 4th Tiger Reserve

राजस्थान को मिलेगा अपना चौथा टाइगर रिजर्व

In 2021, The ministry of environment, forest and climate change approved the conversion of the Ramgarh Vishdhari Sanctuary in Rajasthan’s Bundi district into the fourth tiger reserve of the state.
2021 में, पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय ने राजस्थान के बूंदी जिले में रामगढ़ विषधारी अभयारण्य को राज्य के चौथे बाघ अभयारण्य में बदलने की मंजूरी दी।
For about four months, the Forest Department of the state was preparing the proposal which is now sent to the State Government and the notification for the same will be issued soon.
करीब चार महीने से राज्य का वन विभाग प्रस्ताव तैयार कर रहा था जिसे अब राज्य सरकार को भेजा गया है और इसके लिए जल्द ही अधिसूचना जारी की जाएगी.

The Ramgarh wildlife sanctuary will be the country’s 52nd tiger reserve.
With the addition of this tiger reserve, Rajasthan will get its fourth one after Ranthambore, Sariska and Mukundra tiger reserves.

Ranthambore Tiger Reserve lies in the eastern part of Rajasthan state in Karauli and Sawai Madhopur districts, at the junction of the Aravali and Vindhya hill ranges.
रणथंभौर टाइगर रिजर्व राजस्थान राज्य के पूर्वी भाग में करौली और सवाई माधोपुर जिलों में अरावली और विंध्य पर्वत श्रृंखलाओं के जंक्शन पर स्थित है।
Reserve got its name from the Ranthambore Fort built by Chauhan Rulers around 1000 years ago.
It is located within the reserve.
