Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess minimum 2 years of professional experience as on 31st May, 2019. Aforesaid full time experience, acquired after the date of declaration of the Final Law Qualification result, shall only be considered towards work experience.
The above minimum experience in Legal field as on 31st May, 2019 should be as under : i) As a Law Officer of a Public Sector Undertaking or Nationalized Bank or a Statutory Corporation OR ii) As a Law Officer in a Central/ State Government Department/ Undertaking or Institution.
OR iii) As a Law Officer in a Large Private Sector Organization / Company of repute as an employee of that Company [Large Private Sector Organization / Company of repute implies a Company / Organization – Listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) or Group A & B of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) or having more than 500 employees in the last financial year or having Annual Turnover of more than Rs. 250 Crore in the last financial year. (Proof to be submitted)]
OR iv) As a Lawyer/Advocate in a reputed Law Firm on its rolls or on exclusive retainer-ship basis. [Reputed Law Firm implies a Law Firm having 10 years standing and having at-least 25 Lawyer/Advocates on its rolls, as on 31st March 2019. (Proof to be submitted).]

B) Essential Work Experience : Candidates should have experience of working in various areas such as : handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal matters) before different Judicial/ QuasiJudicial Forums, Arbitration and Conciliation matters, Drafting & vetting various legal documents, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters of Oil & Gas/Petroleum Industry, Industrial/ labour law matters, etc.

Pay Scale

Law Officers in Grade “B” (Assistant Law Manager) 70,000 per month.
Law Officers in Grade “A” (Law Officer) 60,000 per month.
