Yash Raj Chopra  born 27 September 1932 in Lahore, British India) is an Indian filmmaker, film director, screenwriter, and a highly successful Bollywood producer. Waqt, Deewar, Kabhi Kabhie, Silsila, Lamhe, Chandni, Darr, Dil To Pagal Hai, and Veer-Zaara are some of his highly popular movies. He is the founder of Yash Raj Films.

Revathy (born 26 September 1988), known by her stage name Sandhya, is an Indian film actress who acts primarily in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada films. She made her debut as an actress in the 2004 Tamil film Kaadhal (2004), her performance in which earned her a Filmfare Award and Tamil Nadu State Film Award.

Mata Amṛtanandamayi Devi (born as Sudhamani Idamannel on September 27, 1953), primarily known simply as Amma [“Mother”], is a Hindu spiritual leader and guru, who is revered as a saint by her followers. She is widely respected for her humanitarian activities. She has been referred to as “The Hugging Saint”.

Nagesh (born Nageswaran C. Krishna Gundu Rao; 27 September 1933 – 31 January 2009), was a Tamil film actor, mostly remembered for his roles as a comedian during the 1960s. He is regarded as one of the most prolific comedians in Tamil cinema. Nagesh was born in a Kannada family from Dharapuram, Erode.

Mrinalini Sharma  is an Indian model and Bollywood actress. Born in September 1982, she hails from New Delhi. Mrinalini did her schooling in Carmel Convent School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. Thereafter she did her graduation from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi (University of Delhi). She started her career as a model in Delhi and soon shifted to Mumbai.

Ram Mohun Roy, Ram Mohun also spelled Rammohun, Rammohan, or Ram Mohan\22 May 1772 – 27 September 1833), was an Indian religious, social, and educational reformer who challenged traditional Hindu culture and indicated the lines of progress for Indian society under British rule. He is sometimes called the “Maker of Modern India”.

Sirkali Ramamrita Ranganathan  (9 August 1892 – 27 September 1972) was a mathematician and librarian from India. His most notable contributions to the field were his five laws of library science and the development of the first major analytico-synthetic classification system, the colon classification.

Ramesh S. Balsekar (May 25, 1917 – September 27, 2009) was a disciple of the late Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, a renowned Advaita master. From early childhood, Balsekar was drawn to Advaita, a nondual teaching, particularly the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Wei Wu Wei.
