IBPS RRB Officer 2018 Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification and Experience
Name of Post – Officer Scale-I
(Assistant Manager)
i) Candidates must have done a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
ii) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs
iii) Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
No experience Required- Officer Scale-II
General Banking Officer (Manager)
Candidates must have done a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidate must have two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
Information Technology Officer: Candidates must have done a Bachelor degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Candidate must have one year of experience in relevant field.
Chartered Accountant: Candidates must Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Candidate must have one year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Law Officer: Candidates must have a Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidate must have two years of experience as an advocate or should have Worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years
Treasury Manager: Candidates must have done Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university or institution
Candidate must have one year of experience in relevant field.
Marketing Officer: Candidates must have done MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
Candidate must have one year of experience in relevant field.
Agricultural Officer: Candidates must have done a Bachelor degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
Candidate must have two years of experience in relevant field.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Candidates must have done a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidate must have Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
Note: Preference will be given to the applicants who have a Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Agriculture, Marketing, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Pisciculture, Information Technology, Law, Management, Economics and Accountancy.
IBPS RRB Officer 2018 Age Limit :
Here, we have given the proper age limit and age relaxation details for the candidates who want to fill IBPS RRB Officer Application Form 2018. Candidate’s age should be as per the below given age limit as on 1st June 2018.
Age Limit for Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager) – Applicant’s age should be above 21 years and below the 40 years. Applicant should not have been born earlier than 3rd June 1978 and later than 31st May 1997 (both dates inclusive).
Age Limit for Officer Scale- II (Manager) – Applicant’s age should be above 21 years and below the 32 years. Applicant should not have been born earlier than 3rd June 1986 and later than 31st May 1997 (both dates inclusive).
Age Limit for Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) – Applicant’s age should be above 18 years and below the 30 years. Applicant should not have been born earlier than 3rd June 1988 and later than 30th June 2000 (both dates inclusive).
Note: The above given age limit is applicable only for the General Category candidates only. For the other category candidates, age relaxation is applicable as per the govt rules, Candidates should read the IBPS RRB PO 2018 Notification for more details.
