Aamna Shariff is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi TV shows and Bollywood films. Shariff was born in Mumbai to Indian father and Persian-Bahraini mother and studied at St. Anne’s High School, Bandra. She is a Muslim by religion.
Aruna Asaf Ali (July 16, 1909 – July 29, 1996), born Aruna Ganguli, was an Indian independence activist. She is widely remembered for hoisting the Indian National Congress flag at the Gowalia Tank maidan in Bombay during the Quit India Movement, 1942. She was 87 years old at the time of her death.
Pawan Kumar Bansal (born 16 July 1948) is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He is currently the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. He was also Minister of State, Ministry of Finance (Expenditure, Banking & Insurance) and Minister of state for Parliamentary Affairs in the First Manmohan Singh Cabinet. He is also the Union Cabinet Minister of Water Resources in the current cabinet.
Shekar is an Indian cartoonist known for his political cartoons in English and in Telugu. He was born July 16, 1965 to a Telugu family in Suryapet, in the Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh. He completed his BSc degree in 1985 from Nagarjuna Government College in Nalgonda, followed by an MA in Telugu literature from Kakatiya University, Warangal.
Dhanraj Pillay (born 16 July 1968) is a field hockey player and former captain of the Indian hockey team. He is currently the manager of the Indian Hockey team. Also he is a member of the adhoc committee of Indian Hockey Federation, formed after the suspension of Kanwar Pal Singh Gill.
