CII
- Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-governmental trade association and advocacy group based in New Delhi founded in 1895. It is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 of India.
- CII has direct membership of over 9000 organisations and an indirect membership of over 3,00,000, from around 265 national and regional sectoral associations. CII engages business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas.
- Uday Kotak, Managing Director & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank was the President of CII for the year 2020–21, he has been replaced by V. Narendran, CEO & Managing Director of Tata Steel Limited.

- (7) India & Africa will strengthen cooperation and mutual capabilities in combating terrorism and extremism.
- (8) India will work with African nations to keep the oceans open and free for the benefit of all nations.
- (9) India & Africa will work together to ensure that Africa does not once again turn into a theatre of rival ambitions, but becomes a nursery for the aspirations of Africa’s youth.
- (10) Just as India and Africa fought colonialism together, we will work together for a just, representative and democratic global order.
