Haryana Cabinet which has approved a proposal for the replacement of the Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2018 with the Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Group A, B & C) Service Rules-2021.
With the introduction of new Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Group A, B & C) Service Rules-2021 a separate cadre will be created to promote sports in the state.
For this, 50 posts of Group-A (Deputy Director), 100 posts of Group-B (Senior Coach), 150 posts of Group-B (Coach) and 250 posts of Group-C (Junior Coach) have been got sanctioned.
The Upper age limit is also reduced from 50 years to 42 years.
Beside this, some new tournaments have been included in the new rules such as South Asian Games, National Games, Ranji Trophy, etc.

Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal laid the foundation stone of Institute of Business Management and Agripreneurship at Daultabad, Gurugram district.
Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar will construct the Institute.
It is the state’s first agricultural business management institute.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that this Institute would be unique in Haryana. Through this Institution, there will be ample opportunities for sale and management opportunities of the agricultural products.
“At present the cultivation area is getting smaller and in such a situation we have to look for the ways to earn more profit by adopting new technology or to do cultivation in a scientific manner.”
‘Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran’, has been set up in the State so as to ensure that the benefit of the agriculture related schemes being implemented through different departments reaches the farmers.

This will motivate the farmers to adopt latest agricultural techniques. For this, another scheme, Pragatishil Kisan Trainer Yojana has been started.
Every progressive farmer will motivate 10 farmers to adopt modern and superior scientific farming techniques.

Kisan Mitra Scheme:
Under this Scheme, progressive farmers will help in financial management of at least 100 farmers and 17,000 Kisan Mitra will guide 17 lakh farmers in this area.

Harit Store:
The Haryana government has decided to open 2,000 retail outlets in the name of Harit Store in the state. These outlets will act as mini super markets.
Products prepared by Self-Help Groups along with cooperative products will be sold at these stores.

Also, 192 laboratories are being set up in the state to provide soil and water testing facilities to farmers.
