BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018:
Bihar Public Service Commission(BPSC) has extended the last date for the online registration, online form filling, and fee payment. The Commission uploaded the official important notice regarding the extension of the last date on 20th August. Earlier, 20th August was the last date for the online registration.
All interested candidates who haven’t complete the registration process yet are advised to now complete the registration and fill the online application process. Here are the complete details regarding the new dates for the BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018.
BPSC Civil Services Exam – New Last Dates
Now the last date for the registration process for the Bihar Public Service Commission Civil Services Preliminary Exam is 27th August. Candidates can now fill and complete the registration process till 27th August. Earlier it was 20th August. The last date for the payment of application fee is now 31st August.
After the registration process candidates will have to pay the application fee and this can be done till 31st August. Earlier the last date for application fee was 24th August. The last date to completely fill the online application form after the payment and registration is 7th September. Earlier the last date for BPSC Civil Services Exam was 31st August.
BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 – Important Details
The application fee for the BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 is Rs.600 for the candidates belonging to the General and OBC Category.
The application fee for the SC/ST/PH category of Bihar is Rs.150. For the female candidates of Bihar, the application fee is Rs.150.
Other state candidates can also apply for the BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 and they will have to pay Rs.600 as application fee. The fee can be paid via Credit, Debit card or via net banking.

Pattern of Examination
There won’t be any change in the pattern of examination. The preliminary examination will of 150 marks (General Studies).

How to Apply
– Log on to the BPSC application website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.
– Click on the ‘Online Registration’ tab.
– Click on ‘Apply Online’ against the position.
– Fill in the form and click on ‘Submit’.
– The username and password will be sent to the email ID.
– After registration, the link to make the online payment will be activated on the next day after 11 am.
– Pay the requisite application fee.
– After payment, an online application form link will be activated on the next day after 11 am.
– Log in to the page and click on the link to apply
– Fill in the form and click on Submit
– Download the application form and take a printout.
Candidates are required to send the hard copy of application along with the required documents to the Special Secretary-cum-Examination Controller, Bihar Public Service Commission, 15 Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Belly Road, Patna-80000.
