On 22/06/2018, BSF announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed 10TH, ITI for the position of Constable.

1. 10th Pass + ITI in the concerned discipline OR 3 years experience in the relevant field. Pay Scale: Rs. 21700-691002. CT (Vehicle Mechanic) 50, CT (Auto Electrician) 17, CT (Welder) 19, mCT (Upholster) 22, CT (Turner) 14, CT (Carpenter) 20, CT (Store Keeper) 14, CT ( Painter) 18, CT (Vulcanize Or Operator Tyre Repair Plant) 7, CT (Fitter) 11, CT (Black Smith Or Tin Smith) Total 207
Age: 18 to 25 years
Application Fee: The male candidates applying for the Recruitment should enclose a Postal Order or Bank Draft for Rs- 100/- for Constable (Tech) as examination fee to be drawn as per details given. There is no examination fee for SC/ST, Ex- Servicemen & women candidates.

General Instructions
1. Applications, which are not on prescribed format or not accompanied by the required enclosures or incomplete or defective shall be summarily rejected. No representation or correspondence regarding such rejection shall be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Applications received after closing date and any enquiry in this regard will not be entertained by the Selection Board.
3. Candidates already serving in Govt. Semi Govt Departments should apply through proper channel and NOC obtained from the employer should also be enclosed.
4. The application form must be filled by the candidate correctly and correction, if any should be legible and attested by the candidate.
5. The Selection Board shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any injury etc. suffered during the tests. The decision of the recruitment board shall be final in all matters connected with this recruitment.
6. An employee sending in the same rank and pay grade will not be entitled to apply for said post. On behalf of Govt. of India, Selection Board reserves its right to reject or accept the candidature of any applicant at any stage without assigning any reason. Candidates belonging to the Physically llandicapped category are not eligible to apply for this examination.
7. All fields given in OMR answer sheet should be filled/writlen by the Candidates in their own hand writing as per directions given on back side of OMR answer sheet. In the question papers, wherever necessary, the Metric systems of weights and measures only will be used.
