1.Manager
Qualification: First class Graduate from recognized university and / or CAIIB/ CA/ CS/ ICWA/ MBA from any recognized university.
Age: Not more than 45 years as of 28.2.2018
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in any Bank /any financial institution of which around 3 years in Managerial/Asst. Manager cadre. Prior exposure to credit (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) Preferred.

2.Assistant Managers
Qualification: First class Commerce Graduate or CAIIB/ CA/ CS/ ICWA/ MBA
Experience: At least 5 years experience in any Bank of which around 2 years in Officer/Asst. Manager cadre.
Age: Not more than 29 years as of 31.3.2018.

2. Trainee Officers
Qualification: First class Commerce Graduate or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
Age: Not more than 29 years as of 31.3.2018
Experience: Experienced/ Fresher.
