The Ministry of Electronics and Information is seeking applications from 100 academic, R&D organisations, start-ups and MSMEs under its Chips to Startup (C2S) Programme.

A Cabinet committee chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had initiated this programme of providing a globally competitive incentive package to companies in semiconductors manufacturing.
