Eligibility: Minimum 06 years practicing experience exclusively dealing with the cases in High Courts and National Green Tribunal independently. Preference will be given to those Advocates who have been conducting cases on Environmental Laws in the High Coutts, National Green Tribunal. The tenure of empanelment and professional fee will be as per the terms and conditions issued from time to time by CPCB. N/A

The eligible practicing Advocates may sent their application in the prescribed format (annexed) along with all the supporting documents (scanned) through email to the Member Secretary (mscb.cpcb@njcon). The hardcopy of the Application shall also be forwarded to the Member Secretary, Central Pollution Contral Board, Parivesh Bhawan, East Arjun Nagar, Delhi – 110032 within the stipulated time and date. The last date of receiving duly filled Application as prescribed format along with supporting documents is fixed on 15.06.2018. The Application form may be downloaded from the website of CPCE3 i.e. www.cpcb.nic.in.
