Pay Scale: Director -Operation – Pay Level 13
Eligibility: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in sts in Level-12 in pay matrix in the parent cadre or department
Degree in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical or Computer Science or Information Technology or Aeronautical or Electrical or Electronics disciplines from a recognized University with thirteen years’ experience m; Masters Degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics or Physics with twelve years’ experience B. Sc. Degree from a recognised University or equivalent with Electronics or Physics as subjects with Fifteen years’ experience in, – (a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating; or (b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport; or (c) Management of Airside operations of major or International civil Airport; or (d) Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot Licence; or (e) Aircraft flying in Defence Services;
Period: The of actual training in any Of the specialised area (as speci qualification above) may be counted towards experience provided that such restricted to a maximum period of one year.
Duties: ‘The Issuance/renewal of Aerodrome license. Recommending the issue/ Non-schedule operators/Air Taxi Operators/Scheduled Domestic operators. Objection Certificate’s for the new constructions coming around the airport the demolishing Of any unauthorized Obstruction around the airport.
