Qualification: 10+2/ Graduate or its equivalent. (for Ex-Servicemen 10+2 only) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Mattic standard. Knowledge of computer.

Steno Typist:
Qualification Details:
Qualification: 10+2 (vocational)/Graduate or its equivalent (for Ex-Servicemen 10+2 only) English Shorthand at 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at 15 words per minute; OR Hindi Shorthand at 64 words per minute and transcription thereof at 11 words per minute; Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric standard.

Qualification Details:
Qualification: (a) Matriculation from recognized board (b) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation, as one of the subjects.

Terms and conditions:
1. The application received after due date will not be considered under any circumstances. The department will not be responsible for postal delay.
2. The engagement of selected candidates shall be purely contractual in nature under outsourcing policy (part-II) for one year or till the regular recruitment of candidates whichever is earlier and can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason or prior notice and the persons so engaged shall have no right to claim either regularization or any other benefit of such engagement for any purpose in the office in which they are so engaged or in any other office in the same State government.
3. Selected candidates shall not have right for regularization/continuation in the service and his /her services shall be discontinued on joining regular appointment by the recruiting agency or one year whichever is earlier.
4. The age of the candidate as on last date of submission of application should be 18 to 42 years.
5. Selected candidate shall be paid contractual remuneration as per Govt. outsourcing policy.
6. Reservation based as per Haryana Government policy.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the type/shorthand test as the case may be.
8. The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the engagement/contract without assigning any reason
