1.Senior Resident Doctor-13 Posts
Qualification Details:
1. MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/ Diploma in concerned speciality from Government recognised universities / colleges.
2. Basic Pay Rs. 67700/- in the Level-II & Index-I of Pay Matrix (Pre- revised Basic pay Rs. 18750/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-) and allowances applicable under ESIC rules and Scheme of Senior Residency.
Age: Age Not exceeding 37 years as on interview date. Relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per rules.
2.Homeopathy Physician-01 Post
Qualification Details:
Education Qualification : BHMS Experience : 03 Years. Emoluments : Rs. 50,000/- per month (05 Hours for 6 Days in a Week)
Age: Not exceeding 64 years as on date of interview (Relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC)
3.Full Time/Part Time Specialist-04 Posts
Qualification Details:
1. PG Degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with minimum 3 years experience after acquiring PG Degree/ PG diploma with minimum 5 years experience in respective speciality acquiring PG Diploma.
2. Part Time Rs.40,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 2 hours or 4 hours per day for 5 days in a week + Rs. 1000/- per extra session of 02 hours + Rs. 8,000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC

How to Apply:
1. The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original cettificates and one set of self attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc.
2. And two recent passport size photographs. Applicants are advised to report to the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) on the dates of interview upto 11:00 AM, any application received thereafter will not be entertained.
3. The candidate should report at 09:00 AM for verification of documents at Administrative Block ( 2nd Floor) of ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunazar, Ahmedabad.
