Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS Degree recognized by MCI, Must have completed compulsory relating internship for S.No-01, MD/ DGO Degree for S.No-02, MD/ DCH Degree for S.No-03, MD/ DA Degree for S.No-04, MS Degree for S.No-05 recognized by Haryana Medical Council/ MCI, Must be registered with MCI/ HMC.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & interview.
Application Form: Application form is available in O/o Dy. Civil Surgeon (NHM), Hisar on any working day @Rs 200/-per form in form of DD in favor of Chairman District Health and Family welfare Society, REC payable at Hisar.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS from institution recognized by MCI for Post 1, B.Sc Nursing/ GNM course from recognized institution by Govt. Registered with Haryana Nurses registration Council with Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric for Post 2 with relevant experience.
