Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution along with a Certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing having required minimum speed, from a recognized institution and a Diploma/ Certificate of at least six months’ Course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.

The shorthand composing test will be led for 10 minutes wherein the applicant needs to keep a speed of 80 words each moment. After that 35 minutes will be given for transcription along with 15 minutes of revision immediately after the dictation. There must be 90% accuracy.
For the typing test maximum speed time is 40 words per minute and the qualifying marks maximum 95%.
The minimum qualifying marks shall be 60% for English Language & Grammar Test as well as the Computer Application Test.
The qualifying percentage for the interview should not be less than 30%.
