2. Post Name & Salary: Senior Project Engineer – Rs. 27000-2700-54000/- per month based on qualification
3. Minimum Qualification: Ph.D or M.Tech + 3 year Experience
4. Desirable Qualification and Expertise: With course work and experience relevant for thin film electronics and circuit design. Hands-on experience in thin film deposition by PVD, CVD and ALD processes Hands-on experience in thin-film device (e.g. TFTs, diodes etc.) fabrication and characterization Experience in lithography and etch processes (dry and wet) is desirable Experience in experimental design and process optimization Experience in project coordination and project management Experience in processing of thin films on flexible substrates will be a big plus Experience in upscaling the lab process to industrial scale will be a big plus Prior industry experience will be a big plus
5. Nature of work: The candidate’s tasks and responsibilities will include: Conducting research and development in large area flexible electronics that serves as a foundation for development of domestic industry in this field Fabrication of thin film electronics devices on glass and polymer substrates Implementing work procedures and quality standards Ownership, Operation and basic maintenance of equipment used for fabrication, e.g. sputtering, PECVD, RIE, ALD equipment Working together with the process team to realize thin film electronics devices on glass and polymer substrates System integration towards realization of TFT based flexible electronics prototypes Implementing work procedures and quality standards Prepare presentations and reports
6. Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract (may be extended)
