Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot approved the draft of the Indira Gandhi Urban Credit Card Scheme, 2021 for providing financial support to street vendors, youngsters employed in the service sector and those looking for self-employment.
राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने सड़क विक्रेताओं, सेवा क्षेत्र में कार्यरत युवाओं और स्वरोजगार की तलाश करने वालों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए इंदिरा गांधी शहरी क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना, 2021 के मसौदे को मंजूरी दी।
Rajasthan CM had announced in this year’s budget that a scheme would be launched to generate employment and self-employment opportunities, and to cater to the daily needs of youngsters in urban areas affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
राजस्थान के सीएम ने इस साल के बजट में घोषणा की थी कि रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने और COVID-19 महामारी से प्रभावित शहरी क्षेत्रों में युवाओं की दैनिक जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए एक योजना शुरू की जाएगी।
The scheme will provide financial support to street vendors, hairdressers, rickshaw-pullers, carpenters, potters, cobblers, masons, tailors, washermen, painters, electricians and plumbers.

यह योजना रेहड़ी-पटरी वालों, नाई, रिक्शा-चालक, बढ़ई, कुम्हार, मोची, राजमिस्त्री, दर्जी, धोबी, पेंटर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन और प्लंबर को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगी।
The scheme will to create self employment opportunities in the urban areas of the state.
Credit Loans under the scheme can be sanctioned till March 31, 2022 and the loan moratorium period will be 3 months and the loan repayment period will be 12 months.
यह योजना राज्य के शहरी क्षेत्रों में स्वरोजगार के अवसर पैदा करेगी।
योजना के तहत ऋण ऋण 31 मार्च, 2022 तक स्वीकृत किया जा सकता है और ऋण अधिस्थगन अवधि 3 महीने और ऋण चुकौती अवधि 12 महीने होगी।
Under this scheme,5 lakh beneficiaries between 18-40 age group will be given loan.
If someone’s monthly income is Rs.15,000 or less , then he/she will be eligible for the benefits of the scheme.
इस योजना के तहत 18-40 आयु वर्ग के 5 लाख लाभार्थियों को ऋण दिया जाएगा।
अगर किसी की मासिक आय 15,000 रुपये या उससे कम है, तो वह योजना के लाभों के लिए पात्र होगा।
This shall reduce the impact of COVID-19 on Street vendors and small businessmen.
It will give incentive to the to businessmen in unorganized sector.
This shall promote self employment opportunities.
इससे स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स और छोटे कारोबारियों पर COVID-10 का असर कम होगा।
इससे असंगठित क्षेत्र के कारोबारियों को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
इससे स्वरोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

Covers 1576 treatment packages for various diseases including Covid.
Treatment in government as well as the private empanelled hospitals.
Covers medical expenses for 5 days before hospitalisation and till 15 days of discharge.
इसमें कोविड सहित विभिन्न बीमारियों के लिए 1576 उपचार पैकेज शामिल हैं।
सरकारी और निजी सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों में इलाज।
अस्पताल में भर्ती होने से 5 दिन पहले और छुट्टी मिलने के 15 दिनों तक के चिकित्सा खर्च को कवर करता है।
