For step 1: Interchange the letters of the first row and first column with the letters of the third column and third row. Similarly, interchange the letters of first row and second column with the letters of third row and second column. The same happens with each cell and the cell opposite to it.
For step 2:
• If a vowel or consonant is associated with a number greater than 5, the  that alphabet is to be replaced by the previous alphabet in the letter series and the number is decreased by 2. Else the alphabet is replaced by the next alphabet of the letter series and the number is increased by 2
• If 2 consonants or 2 vowels are associated with a number, then those alphabets are to be replaced by the next alphabets in the letter series, the number remains unchanged.
• If a vowel and consonant together are associated with a number, then the associated number needs to be doubled.
