JPSC Notification 2023 Overview
The JPSC Exam 2023 is the examination that most candidates look forward to. When the time comes for candidates to submit their applications, the Combined Civil Services Examination will begin under the JPSC name, and the application will be made available. The Exam will help in selecting the most qualified candidates for various roles in administrative departments.

JPSC Exam Pattern 2023
According to the JPSC Recruitment 2023 exam pattern, candidates who pass the preliminary exam are invited to take the main exam, and those who pass the main exam are invited to take the interview. The final applicants are chosen from the merit list. The JPSC 2023 Exam Pattern is listed here for both the preliminary exam and the main exam. Three stages of the JPSC exam must be passed by candidates:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Interview
JPSC Exam Pattern 2023 for Prelims
The preliminary exams will include two papers. (objective type and multiple-choice questions). There are simply screening tests on this exam. Candidates are selected for the Main Examination based on how well they perform in this preparatory exam.
- In Paper 1, there are 100 questions, and the general knowledge section will receive 200 total marks.
- Paper 2 – 100 questions and 200 total marks are General Knowledge questions about Jharkhand.
- There will be MCQ-based questions in both papers.
- Each paper will take two hours to complete.
- There won’t be any failing grades.
- There will be print versions of the exam in both Hindi and English.

JPSC Exam Pattern 2023 for Mains
This examination will consist of six papers, each with essay-style questions. The writing approach for each three-hour paper will be descriptive. Six necessary papers make up the main competitive exam. To write their answers to the language exam, applicants must use the designated language script.

JPSC Interview
The interview is the last stage of the JPSC Exam pattern. There will be a total of 100 points. Candidates should thoroughly be prepared for this stage as this is the final stage for them on becoming a gazetted officer. The selection of the candidates will be based on their credentials. Candidates may check the merit list to see if they meet the requirements for the post.
JPSC Cut-Off Marks
The minimum score needed to pass this exam is known as the cut-off. The candidate’s classification, the number of seats available in that particular class, the number of candidates who showed up for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and previous exams will all be taken into consideration throughout the selection process. After the cut-offs are made public, candidates can check them on the commission’s official website.
