For the maintenance, education and protection of children destitute due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Children in the age group of 0-18 years who are the domicile of Uttar Pradesh

Provision to provide financial assistance of Rs 4000 per month to the guardian of the child till the child becomes an adult.

Under the scheme, the annual income limit of the family was fixed at Rs 2 lakh, which was increased to Rs 3 lakh in June, 2021.

Those children below the age of 10 years, who do not have guardians, will be kept by the State Government with the help of Government of India in the Government Children’s Home for care.

Arrangement of free education till class 12 in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (Residential), Government Children’s Homes etc. to the orphaned children run by the Government of India.

Children whose parent / mother or father / legal guardian / income earning guardian has died after 1st March, 2020 due to COVID-19.

इसका 31 मार्च, 2022 तक 2 करोड़ किफायती घर बनाने का लक्ष्य है।
