Pravasi Teerth Darshan Yojana

Madhya Pradesh announced Yuva Swabhiman Yojana

Andhra Pradesh Rythu Raksha Scheme 2019

  • The state government of Andhra Pradesh launched this scheme to provide financial help to the farmers.
  • Under the scheme AP Farmer will Get Rs 10000 per Acre per year from upcoming Kharif Season.
  • This financial aid will be given in two installments in every Kharif & Rabi Season as Rs 5000 per acre
  • The farmers can use the money provided by the government in purchasing of seeds, pesticides, fertilizers and other necessary investments.
  • The financial assistance of Rs.10,000 will be given directly to the bank accounts of the farmers.

Rythu Bandhu scheme

  • Launched : 10 May 2018

Maharashtra govt approves Rs 4,089 crore for Tembhu irrigation scheme

  • Maharashtra government approved a sum of Rs 4,089 crore for the Tembhu lift irrigation scheme in Tembhu village of Satara district.
  • The perennially drought prone areas of Satara, Solapur and Sangli districts will get benefit by this scheme.
  • The Scheme is about constructing barrages on the river Krishna near Tembhu village and lifting 22 billion cubic feet water to irrigate 80,000 hectare areas in seven talukas – Karad, Kadegaon, Tasgaon, Khanapur, Atpadi, Kavathe-Mahankal and Sangola – spread across Satara, Sangli and Solapur districts.
  • The project was conceptualised way back in 1996 at a cost of Rs 1,416 crore.

Manipur CM launched ‘School Fagat-Hansi’ mission

  • Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched ‘School Fagat-Hansi’ mission, an initiative under the Government’s popular ‘Go to Village’ mission, at a function held in Imphal West District

  • The scheme provides a subsidy of up to 95% on solar pumpsets. The State plans to install one lakh solar pumps.

  • Under the Scheme, farmers with less than five acres will have to pay 5% of the cost of a 3 HP solar pump while farmers with more than five acres will get a 5 HP solar pump for Rs 30000.

Madhu Babu Pension Yojana

As per the enhanced pension :  

  • The elderly persons aged over 60 years will get a revised old age pension of Rs 500 perü month as against Rs 300
  • Those who are more than 80 years old, the pension will be Rs 700 per month instead of Rs 500ü per month.
  • The enhanced pension came into effect from February 15, 2019
