LIC HFL Recruitment Notification 2018: 300 Vacancies Announced

For Assistant/Associate:

Candidates are allowed to apply for vacancy from only one state
The centre of online examination for the post of Assistant/Associate will be restricted to the state opted by the candidate
In case of multiple registrations, only latest valid registration will be kept valid
Candidates applying for a particular state will be posted preferably in that state initially and can be transferred to any other state later subject to the requirement and suitability

For Assistant Manager:

Posting may be anywhere in India based on the requirement of the Company

Online Examination

The online examination will be separate for Assistant, Associate and Assistant Manager. It will be in English language only. There will be 0.25 penalty for every wrong answers in the online examination.

Interview

Shortlisting of candidates for interview will be provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of all details/documents with the original when a candidate reports for interview (if called). In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Age, Educational Qualification, etc.) he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

The final merit list and selection of candidates will be separate for each post of Assistant, Associate & Assistant Manager and will be done based on combined marks of Online Examination and Interview strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview.

LIC Recruitment 2018 Pay Scale

Assistant: The candidates who will be selected for ‘Assistant’ post will receive a monthly salary of Rs 13,980 to Rs 32,110.

Associate: The candidates who will be selected for ‘Associate’ post will receive a monthly salary of Rs 21,270 to Rs 50,700.

Assistant Manager: The candidates who will be selected for ‘Assistant Manager’ post will receive a monthly salary of Rs 32,185 to Rs 61,670.

Before an appointment, all the candidates will have to undergo a training period of a year as ‘Management Trainee.’ During the training period, an individual will receive a consolidated salary of Rs 25,000 per month.

Scope

1.If you’re CA then the most likely the chances of where you’ll be posted will be either in Credit Appraisal or Project Finance or Finance or Accounts department.

2.If you’re posted at Regional Office then the most likely chances are you’ll be into Credit Appraisal. If you’re CA then that’s for sure!

3.If you’re posted at Back Office then you’ll be posted to a department where there is an immediate requirement irrespective of your education background. Starting from Audit department to Servicing department you may be posted and you’re expected to learn and perform! And that’s the way it is, everywhere!

4.If you’re posted at Area Office, then you’ll be either into Sanctions Department or Disbursement Department. Either you’re in Sanctions or Disbursement you’ll be having multiple roles to perform!

5.If you start from Corporate Office you’ll have a bird’s eye view and you’ll find it difficult to analyze what’s really happening at the ground level and you’ve to assume things and at times it may be right and vice versa.

6.If you start from Area Office you’ll get to learn from scratch which will help you in better understanding and analysis of how the better processes already in place can be taken to a new level!
