Description-  Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission was established in 1956 on 1st November under the section of 118 of the State Reorganization Act. MPPSC is an autonomous body, which basically recruits the candidates to several posts of civil services within Madhya Pradesh by holding various competitive examinations.
Moreover, to select the candidates for the post of civil services, the commission has framed certain rules & regulations as well as initiated several disciplinary actions when required. To undertake the tasks by MPPSC, commission comprises a chairman and four other members to take care off.
MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission) helps the state government in consulting and providing recruitments, transfers and promotions of the government officials. The autonomous body conducts interviews, written examinations and direct selection to fill in various posts in the Madhya Pradesh Government institutions. This commission is being
consulted by the government related to deputation and promotion of a state official. MPPSC also provides information related to the accessible vacancies within the state as well as other information like examination syllabus, examination schedule, application format and edibility criteria.
