MAHATRANSCO Vacancy Details:  Total No. of Posts: 01
Name of the Posts: Executive Director (HR)
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 44 to 55 years (57 years for departmental candidates). Age relaxation applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree of recognized University with Two years full time or three years part time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration (MBA)/ Management Studies (MMS)/Personnel Management (MPM) with Specialization in Human Resources Management/ Development/ Personnel Management with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Competency Mapping Test viz., In-Basket Exercise, Group Discussion, Case Discussion & Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs. 800 /- by Demand Draft (Having CTS Code) payable to “Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd.,” drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Mumbai. The candidate should write his / her Full Name & Post Applied on the backside of Demand Draft.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with alongwith Original Demand Draft and attested copies of certificates in support of age, qualifications, post qualification experience specifically showing date of joining and relieve, posts held, Salary Slips, etc. should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Executive Director (HR) – Advt.
