Vacancy details
• Stenographer Grade III: 01 Post
• Junior Clerk: 09 Posts
Educational Qualification
• Stenographer Grade III: Must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the council constituted under Section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board or University as the case may be.
• Junior Clerk: Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
Age Limit
Lower age limit for applicants is 18 years, the upper age limit for applicants is 32 years.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates as Steno will get pay in the level 7 of Rs.25500-81100/-
Selected candidates as Junior clerk will get the pay of level 4 of Rs.19900-63200/-
Selection Process
Through written examination followed by viva, voice candidates will be selected.
Application fee
1. For General/OBC: Rs. 100/-
2. For SC/ST: NIL.

• The applications along with required documents should reach the undersigned on or before 31.10.2018 by Registered Post/Speed Post only.
• N.B:- Separate application should be submitted for each post mentioning the name of the post clearly ( in capital letters with underline) on the top of the envelope Non-compliance of any of the requirements mentioned in the notice shall entail rejection of his/her application.
• The application if found defective/incomplete in any respect and received after the last date, shall be summarily rejected.
• In case of receipt of a large number of applications, the authority reserves the right to shortlist the candidates in accordance with the Rules contained in Orissa District & Subordinate Courts Non-Judicial Staff Services (Method of Recruitment and Condition of Services), Rule 2008 (Amendment Rules-2010).
