1. Title of post-No of vacancies & Scale: Dy. General Manager (Architecture) or Senior Manager (Architecture) – 1 – E-5 (32900-58000) or E-4 (29100-54500) pre revised2. Education Qualification: B. Arch from a recognised institute/ college/ university.
3. Eligibility criteria for absorption: For Dy. General Manager (Architecture) when operated in E5 (A) Minimum 11 years work experience AND (B) Working in analogous grade or working in 29100- 54500(IDA E4) OR Minimum four years working in Rs. 24900- 50500(IDA E3). (C) The candidate should have experience of at least 5 years of working in the areas detailed in job description of the post.

Job Description: The officer would be expected to perform following functions :- (i) Designing of architectural, interiors, landscape of Railway Stations (Elevated & Underground) (ii) Design, management and coordination with external consultants, site team and coordination with external consultants, site team and various system department for architectural work of elevated and underground Railway stations, working in BIMS format. (iii) Designing public/office Institutional buildings with clear understanding of green Building features (iv) Transit oriented development (v) Any other job assigned by senior management.
